Heidi and Rusty's First Trip to the Beach
Seabright Beach - Santa Cruz, CA September 2008
It was the perfect California fall beach weekday; sunny, warm and very few people. Eileen and I loaded up Heidi and Rusty in the CRV and headed over Highway 17 to Santa Cruz. Before leaving the house, we checked first to find a beach that allowed dogs on leashes (a week earlier we visited Petco and bought 20 foot leashes). Seabright turned out to be a great place to let the dogs explore the surf and sand.
